What we do
Policy and training
Your staff use the new tools with clear rules, your data stays where it belongs, and no license sits unused.
What it is
You know what is going where, and your staff know what they may do. An acceptable-use policy your staff can follow, rules for what may go into which tool, tool selection, training, and a first automation that proves the point. The ground rules: the policy is written for the people who have to follow it, not for a binder; every rule names the data it protects; the first automation is a real piece of your work, not a demo.
Who it is for
A company whose staff are already using AI tools, with or without permission, and whose owner wants to know what is going where. Professional services, healthcare offices, manufacturers holding customer data, in Cleveland and across Northeast Ohio.
The first engagement
Meet. A first conversation, in person, free, and it commits you to nothing. Discover. The first paid step, only when you agree to it: we look at who uses what, what data it reaches, and where the first automation pays. You get the scope of work, what we found, the spec, and a firm price. Build. The policy, the training, and the first automation, at that price. Run. Your choice: a retainer that keeps the policy and the tools current as both change, or your team takes it over with the documentation. The whole process is on How we work.
Discovery is $3,500, fixed, credited toward the build. If we stop before the plan is written, you pay nothing. A first build runs $9,500 to $18,000, fixed. Running it is from $3,500 a month, or your team takes it over.
What we have done
- A retailer's whole technical estate, rebuilt as one platform
An AI assistant layer on a self-hosted model, kept on premises for data residency, governed by one rule: every screen works by hand, the model is never on the critical path.
- Giving a service desk AI over the systems it already runs
The policy before the tools: what the AI may reach, where it runs, what stays out.
